The separator or spacer of camel bone, are used to make knives handles type Scagel and knives. Combine with sheets of metals: brass, and nickelsilver mainly and with other materials such as wood and horns.
Homogeneous material nonporous, reaches a very fine and bright polished. The application creates a patina similar to ivory.
Very easy to work, you get a spectacular finish, with basic hand tools.
