Buffalo Horn Block

Buffalo Horn is used to manufacture all tooling, accessories, jewelry and others. In cutlery mainly used to make handles of knives. By the size of the block, it is perfect to  make a handle  of a large hidden tang knife. Unpolished homogeneous material and non-porous, it reaches a very fine and bright polished. Black, although there may be small white veins along the Horn.

Very easy to work, you get a spectacular finish, with basic hand tools.

Recommendations:

- in case of non-manual tools, recommended work at low RPM, or may not work the same area consistently, avoiding raising the temperature of the zone, because abrasions occur in the material by the excess temperature.
