Buffalo scales

Buffalo Horn, is used in cutlery to manufacture of handles of knives and  pocket knives. Gun handles and other weapons is also very used to other guns.

Unpolished homogeneous material and non-porous, it reaches a very fine and bright polished. Black, although there may be small white veins along the Horn. Very easy to work, you get a spectacular finish, with basic hand tools.

Recommendations:

- in case of non-manual tools, recommended work at low RPM, or may not work the same area consistently, avoiding raising the temperature of the zone, because abrasions occur in the material by the excess temperature.
