Camel bone, these thin grips are perfect for blades and full tang handles, also to make inlay at handles, furniture. Almost uniform section, with very little, or no curvature.
Easy to work and smooth, with a bit of polishing, a fine gloss finish is achieved. With use, the style of the ivory is ages. (Some may have internal bone rest "sponge")
